Terms of use

These terms apply to the website balcardev.online and to the apps published by BalcarDev. By using them, you accept these terms.

1. Using the apps

Our apps are free and downloaded from Google Play or the App Store, whose terms also apply. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them on your devices. You may not copy, modify, decompile them or use them for unlawful purposes.

2. Advertising

The apps show third-party ads (Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of those ads or the sites they lead to. How data is used for advertising is explained in the privacy policy.

3. Content and trademarks

The names, logos, designs, texts and code of BalcarDev and its apps belong to their authors. Third-party names are used only to identify their products.

4. No warranties

We do our best to make everything work well, but the apps and the site are provided "as is", with no guarantee that they will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from their use. Your records and games are stored on your phone: if they are deleted, we cannot recover them.

5. Changes

We may update the apps, the site and these terms. If a change is significant, we announce it on the site.

6. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to any consumer rights granted by the law of your country. Questions: hola@balcardev.online.
