Privacy policy
This policy explains what data is used when you use the apps published by BalcarDev (developer account "Balcardev" on Google Play and the App Store) and the website balcardev.online, why it is used and what you can do about it.
1. Who we are
BalcarDev is a development studio from Balcarce, Buenos Aires, Argentina, made up of Andrés Gerace and Hernán Accomo. We are responsible for the data processed under this policy. Contact: privacidad@balcardev.online.
Some of our own projects have their own policy, which is the one that applies to them: Twiglet and Radar Balcarce.
2. Mobile apps
What is stored on your phone
Your games, records, streaks, statistics and preferences (language, sound, vibration, theme) are stored only on your device. We don't receive them. If you uninstall the app, they are deleted.
What third-party services process

These services are provided by Google under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Permissions
The apps use internet access (for ads and analytics) and the advertising ID. Reaction Time also uses vibration for its vibration test. We don't use the camera, microphone, location, contacts or files.
How to control advertising
- On Android: Settings → Google → Ads, to delete or reset your advertising ID.
- On iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- If the app showed you the consent notice and you want to change your choice, clear the app's data from your phone settings and the notice will show again.
3. Website balcardev.online
The site has no forms or accounts. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which sections people find interesting. Analytics cookies are stored only if you accept them in the notice; if you decline, Google receives only cookieless signals that don't identify you.

The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google), which logs technical connection data (such as IP address) for security.
4. Children
Our apps are suitable for everyone, but they are not specifically directed at children under 13 and we don't ask them for personal data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
5. Purpose and retention
We use data only to show ads, understand how the apps and the site are used, fix errors and improve our products. We don't sell personal data. Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics data are kept for the period set in those services (14 months at most); data on your phone, until you uninstall the app.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to privacidad@balcardev.online. We reply within 10 business days. In Argentina, the Agency for Access to Public Information supervises Personal Data Protection Law 25,326. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above. If the change is significant, we announce it on the site.
